Cessation of Menses
Setting the refectories
"I was bleeding when the news came that he had been killed. I heard within an hour, and I do not have a period since. I was 38 then and I'm 62 now."
Step 1: Gathering Information
Menopause is the cessation of mensen. In some books, it is not more than that and what I called "menopause" to get demoted "peri-menopause" (one word, how intense I have seen how there are only women on the force of their menopause). The Crone does not menstruate. If you stop wasting your time during your menopausal years, no remedy is required. Even if they stop again and again. . . .
I have some women in their late 40, which are keen to have a baby and wants to prevent the cessation of their people, until it reaches its destination. A woman on one of my workshops said she had a child with 53, three years after their last period. Our cry of indignation and surprise, she laughed and advised: "Stay away from new friends in the menopause!"
If they are not associated with menopause, lack of menstruation (stating, generally, the lack of ovulation as well) is called amenorrhea, and represents a serious health risk. Bone loss in the months before menopause mensen is the equivalent of one year bone loss after menopausally. The most common reasons for mensen disappear before menopause (excluding pregnancy) is the lack of body fat (from eating disorders or serious Athletic Training) and stress. These measures may differ from women of all ages.
Step 2: Take the energy
If more people, not by the loss and grief, trying homeopathic Ignatia. If, after a severe emotional shock, try sodium mur.
Step 3: nourish and tonify
* Nettle leaf infusion, allegedly at the monthly flow to women drinking it regularly, even in their 60s!
* If mensen stop, because the body fat to reduce the amount of olive oil and butter in the diet for at least 4 dessert spoons per day.
* If the emotional upheaval no longer your menstrual cycles, seek supportive counseling or therapy, providing you with your grief, anger, and repressed memories.
* Dong quai (Angelica sinensis) root tincture, especially in combination with white peony root (Paeonia albiflora) and liquorice (Glycyrhizza glabra) is a wonderful remedy for women whose mensen inexplicably stop working. Allow a day or two dropperful nourish your "Palace of the child" and help you in regular cycles. Warning: Avoid dong quai if you are dealing with floods, or myomas.
Step 4: sedate / Promotion
* Acupuncture treatments can be very useful in restoring the normal menstrual cycle / hormonal cycling.
* Strong Penny Royal (Mentha Hedeoma pulegioides or pulegium) tea, cupful/250 ml or more per day, for the three days of the new moon, the menstrual blood can protect and restore the bleeding method regularly cycling.
Step 5: Use supplements
Supplements of vitamin E, 200-600 IU daily, has helped women ovulation and menstruation. The consistent use brings the best results.
Step 6: Break and enter
Ten or more sessions Rolfing (body of work focuses on the patterns in the aperture between the muscles) may be menstrual cycle protection method cycles for women not yet in menopause.
