Discover the Benefits of Fish Oil For Skin Disorders

A year ago, when someone came to me and told me that the Omega-3 fish oil for the skin to work, I think he is talking nonsense.

Of course I knew that fish oil is good for a long list of health complications such as high cholesterol and high blood pressure, but I would never think that fish oil could help improve the skin problems.

It was when I started the fish oil supplements for eczema I had on my chest, I was finally convinced. In a period of two months after the entry of the supplement, I was surprised to see that my symptoms of dandruff and painful itching disappeared. Of course I can not say I was completely healed, but I'm definitely a marked improvement.

The reason why fish oil is good for skin conditions like acne, psoriasis, eczema and dermatitis to be anti-inflammatory properties. You see, the underlying cause of these diseases is an inflammatory disease.

In fact, inflammation may be held responsible for many other complications, except for skin.

Maybe a surprise for you, but medical researchers agree that almost all of us have an infection to a certain extent in our bodies without us even consciously.

That is the reason why inflammation was found in some medical circles as the "silent killer". It is one of the biggest factors in heart and is real culprit behind many other diseases.

As I said earlier, fish oil rich in omega-3 essential fatty acids is a powerful anti-inflammatory. In clinical studies funded by the Wellington School of Medicine in New Zealand, it was shown that the fish oil that I personally have inflammation with an inhibition rate of 38.6% more than aspirin. Nevertheless, without the negative side effects!
